Non-Refundable: All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or reissued once purchased.
No Change Given: If the selected treatments or services cost less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. However, any unused balance can be applied toward future services.
